The course covers various aspects of HRM, including recruitment and retention, training and development, reward systems, employment relations, and the legal framework surrounding them.
The primary objective of this course is to enable students to apply effective HRM principles to drive sustainable organisational performance and achieve business outcomes while prioritising the well-being of people.
Students will apply HR practices in a work-related context, utilising their knowledge and skills in relevant professional areas like resourcing, talent planning and recruitment, learning and development, and employee engagement.
